I’ve betrayed my friends trust

TLDR: My friend told me not to message someone on social media a few times, I did it anyways, instantly felt like shit but obviously the deed was done, she’s my best friend and extremely close, and i really don’t know what to do, she thinks I don’t give a fuck about what she says or thinks ( which is understandable) Really upset about this I don’t want to lose out close bond :(
