Nvidia dkms build fail after update
I just finished peforming an update a while ago. Nvidia package got updated to 510.68.02.
Whenever the system tries to build the nvidia dkms module, it fails.
It says “Error! Build of nvidia.ko failed for: 5.15.36_1” (it also fails for 5.16.16/18/20)
I checked dkms make.log and cannot find anything suspicious. Tried grepping for “error” but it does not return anything.
The error that I see is when running the dkms build or performing xbps-reconfigure —force linux5.15:
/bin/dkms: line 1315: ((: < 2: syntax error: operand expected (error token is “< 2”)
Any ideas to resolve this?
UPDATE: Since I cannot seem to figure out the issue, I ended up reinstalling Void. Something must have been corrupted hence causing the issue.

I have not upgraded to 510.68.02 yet, but if multiple people do not report this error, I would suspect your nvidia package did not update properly or is corrupted somehow. I might try force reinstalling nvidia, nvidia-libs, nvidia-dkms, before moving on to other options
Tried reinstalling and reconfiguring, and it still failing. I don’t think it is related to that specific version. I think something just got corrupted in my system.
