Is there a way to filter mods by requirement?

Evening,

the title basicly already tells everything. Is there a way to filter mods for a game by excluding certain needed requirements?

In my specific case i want to look around for Cyberpunk-mods that dont require Cyber Engine Tweaks or redscript to work. So basicly mods that work by simply dropping them into the mods folder without "altering" the game files (had some problems previously after removing redscript)
