Wim Hof is a terrible speaker

I have to say I love the man, I am a huge fan of his philosophy and have used his breathing and cold immersion techniques for years.

But god is he an awful speaker. He is actually great to listen to has good energy, entertaining that I like. What gets me is that he is so disorganized with the point he is making.

In his programs the video editors will even divide and caption videos and all he has to do is make a point on what to do in a 6 minute video. He does sort of do that but he keeps throwing around random words 'control' 'new science' 'go deep' 'control' over and over. His 6 minute description of what to do include 4.5 minutes of random metaphorical ideas he repeats over and over.

It is even worse when he describes anything related to science. It is a fact that they did studies on his case and with very interesting results. Somehow Wim instead of describing it also finds a way to make it sound like pseudo science bs just by throwing in a bunch of random vague ideas that have little to do with actual science findings.
