Music school recital software recommendation?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a music school recital application that will make scheduling and organizing a recital easier? We have about 150 students that want to participate in our spring recital, and we're currently using excel to collect the student information, recital piece, date, time, etc. and its getting pretty manually intensive going back and forth with the instructors, parents & staff. It wasn't too bad when we were a small school, but continuing to do this manually is getting much harder.

In an ideal world, the application would allow parents to select the recital performance day / time that best fits their schedule via the cloud. Allows instructors to add the repertoire for the students registration, and allows administration to keep the parents updated regarding any changes to the schedule without sharing anyone's private information.
