Unable to rejoin when doing an Industrial Sabotage
Cant reconnect if I crash while doing the boss fight. A message pops up saying something like "The team is busy with something." or something, implying that its because of the boss fight.
Maybe remove this feature as a whole? Why would a dwarf not be able to come in and help their fellow dwarfs while they are fighting?

I agree it should let you back in l. The lockout might be because player count damage/Resistance scaling. I'm not sure if boss stats will change mid fight or if they are set during spawn. The former would make a tough fight tougher while you join and the latter would open up exploits if players join with weak bosses spawned.
That does make sense, but I still think its weird because players can still join while fighting dreadnoughts and doing machine events, also when fighting korloks. The Caretaker bossfight isnt even half of the mission most of the time either.
