Boxers who you can make chapters on their progression.

Who are the boxers you can make a novel out of their stories.

Here's what I did to Pacquiao.

Chapter/Season 1: The Asian Saga - The kid.
Chapter/Season 2: American Saga - The replacement fighter.
Chapter/Season 3: The 4 Legendary Midgets.
Chapter/Season 4: Champions in new divisions.
Chapter/Season 5: Finding limits - The Prime.
Chapter/Season 6: Defeat and Resurrections
Chapter/Season 7: The TBE boss showdown.
Chapter/Season 8: Old Legend last Hoorah.
Chapter/Season 9: ???? The Return of The Comeback???? Conquering 140!???

Duran would probably be an interesting one that I could do. I don’t feel like writing it all out but his rise from poor Panamanian kid scrubbing shoes for spare change to lightweight GOAT to the era of the 4 kings(which in itself includes a plethora of rises and downfalls) then his final comeback against Iran Barkley and the final stages of his career later. You could make a lot of chapters on the “Hands of Stone”.

Idk man. Although he had devastating loses I think his wins over Davey Moore, Iran Barkley, and a close decision with Hagler make up for them. If only he could remain disciplined between matches. A disciplined Duran was damn near unstoppable.

Read his biography during lockdown. Really makes you realize how crazy his life was and everything he went through. Genuinely surprised he didn’t die in a drug overdose or freak accident. Iron Mike is quiet honestly on of those athletes/celebrities who can definitely say “My life a movie.”
