I am curious how others feel about this. Isn't the Russian Federation fighting against western imperialism?
Would claiming this area (and renaming it after yourself, a very imperialistic thing to do) be appropriate? Is all the territory gained to be incorporated into Russia? Or the Donestk People Republic? Or remain partly Ukraine as freeing Donestk was the reason for the operation, not claim new Ukrainian territory.
Claiming territory by force seems very imperialistic. Or are we fine with Russian imperialism?

The European Policy center released an artical called 'The Sea of Azov should not become a Russian lake'
Also because of the tranished name of 'Azov' it would be appropriate to rename the sea.
On the question of 'Russian imperialism' this is more or less a done deal that the surrounding regions of the sea will be part of russia and they will declare independence first and then vote to join the russian federation similar to Crimea or if you are a westerner Texas...

Lol kinda funny. What would upset them even more is if you start associating "Azov" with the USSR
I agree
The cult think they are really making a difference by downvoting threads on r/russia
I wish some of these people found happiness.
The western media were trying so hard to not say that the Azov Nazis surrendered, using words like evacuated and such.
So much copium in the west, that 40 billion by Biden is going to help zelenskyy get more flats in London
