3. Select Online/In-clinic Consultation – After you have chosen a doctor for yourself, you need to choose an online or in-clinic appointment. Online appointments will be conducted via video calls and In-clinic appointments will require you to visit the doctor’s clinic.

4. Choose the Slot- Once you've decided on the type of appointment you want to attend, you can select a time or slot that works best for you.

5. Choose payment option – After you've selected a time slot, you must decide whether to pay online or in-person at the clinic.

6. Enter your details – If you are already registered on the SmartCare platform, you will not need to enter the information again; however, if you are not registered on the SmartCare platform, you will need to enter the information each time you book an appointment. As a result, it is best to register first and then book an appointment.

7. Enter OTP- After entering all your information, you will receive an OTP on your phone. After completing the OTP, you will be given the option to confirm your appointment.

8. Confirm your Appointment- You can confirm an appointment with the doctor after entering the OTP on SmartCare. You will receive your appointment id on your phone once you have confirmed it.
