How should I handle a situation where my girl doesn't like giving oral sex?

I understand from the various girls I've dated that it's not a great experience for them. I've learned not to ask much for it (ie deeper etc), however, it's something I really enjoy. I don't want to end up in a relationship where I never receive oral sex sometimes to completion. I happily offer it as well.

How can I handle this situation so that we're constructive and I end up in a situation where we're both happy? Thank you!
