I haven’t raised my voice at my daughter in 3 days

I wanted to try gentle parenting and it’s very hard since I wasn’t raised that way. I’m just so proud of myself that I haven’t raised my voice in 3 days. I’ve been praising her for cleaning up, eating all her food etc. I’m just so proud of myself and you can even see the change in her behavior. My boyfriend is even surprised with how she has been acting. I know there will still be those days with the tantrums/ meltdowns but I’m just proud of myself lol
