Elden ring patches

So after completing elden ring twice and moving on to other games one of my fav streamers started playing again and it made me want to play again, i downloaded it release day on fitgirlrepacks but would like to play with all the new patches.

I know where to find the patches but can anybody help me on how to install them, and also do i need all the patches or just the latest one?
