Co-worker (34M) I(25F) like is acting strangely. What do you think?

So, there's this guy at my office. Probably one of the shyest/quietest people I've ever met in my life. Doesn't open up, likes to sit alone etc. He does socialize with the rest but you can see he's really closed off. Anyways, we'd formed this "bond" the past month because we had to sit at the same office together. I chatted him up and made him laugh a lot (which was kind of rare). We even had our own inside jokes. It felt even more special to see him come out of his shell since he'd been through a lot (someone very close to him had died a year prior so he was in mourning). I felt happy seeing him happy. I fell in love with his eyes first. I really liked locking eyes with him. I felt something romantic while staring at him but I don't know if he felt the same. I kind of felt "home". He has very calming eyes. This escalated to him slightly toughing my arm, teasing me, which, again, is super rare for him, he's very introverted. He started coming up to me and asking me for things and chatting me up. So, I thought he was interested but just was really slow. Then again, he never talks to me over socials. I am always the one to initiate things. Also, he thinks I'm weird, he has even said so in many instances. I don't feel like I'm his type of girl, he just looks very "normal" and my style is very..unique, let's say.

The other day he totally overheard me talking to my friend about this other dude I almost did something with. The same day on a different occation I said he's funny and he said "look who;s talking". I think he took that as not a compliment so I texted him over socials "I think you're really funny and have a great sense of humour, when you're in the mood". And he didn't respond to it. Nothing. Since then, he's been cold as ice. He even shut the office door right in front of my face while I was walking in and out of the room (I was waiting for this other coworker to finish). He walks past me not saying hi. He won't ask me to have lunch with him (we used to do that in the past). It's the most awkward thing meeting him in the workplace because I know it will be as if we're strangers. He talks to my other friends just fine. On one instance he walked inside the room I'm working while I was alone, turned on the lights, I said "I don't like them turned on, thank you" and he said "I didn't ask you". Teasingly, I guess. He then turned them back off and left.

I can't decide whether he's jealous about this other guy WHEN WE'RE NOT EVEN DATING AND HE HASNT MADE THE SLIGHTEST MOVE ON ME, or he somehow figured out I like him, or he genuinely just dislikes me.
