Late game issue

Hi guys, I'm new with Akshan. I've got a HUGE issue: I dunno what should I do in the mid-late game. I literally stomp every lane I play but I dunno what should I do later (eg: split push, flank teamfights, stay in the backline and go mid, etc...). Can someone suggest me the Akshan macro please? (I'm a really low Elo player and I just want to learn)
