GURANTOR FOR G1

My G2 expired a while ago and now I have to get my G1 but I don't have a valid id that shows my signature (I have birth ceritfiate and SIN CARD) since my renewed health card has not arrived yet and won't arrive for a month at least.

I went to my walk in clinic doctor to sign my gurantor form and he straight up said nah even though I have been going there for years lol. My family doctor is on vacation and even when she's back she's always booked for weeks. And I don't have anyone else to sign the form.

Idk what to do. Any suggestions? I really need to get my license ASAP
