Can i take the kunos trees to put them onto another track?

So i'm creating a rallye track in blender and can't find on the internet a decent looking tree that doesn't have to much vertices. Is there a way to find the 3d file of the trees used by kunos to make their vanilla tracks or any can give me a link to a suitable tree for the game?
