Searching for a 65% wr platoon mate

Hi guys, I have set a goal to get 60% wr on all my t10 tanks, in the last 30 days my wr has been 61% but with some tanks I keep getting the shittest teams imaginable. So I am searching for a platoonmate who can carry me to 60%. I am willing to pay €10 per hour.
