Can I charge my Cloud 2 Wireless with my phone's fast charger? Details in comments

I’ve tried it and it wouldn’t even charge. I just use my computer usb

Yeah? I've tried it a couple times for like 10 minutes at a time and it's been charging it, I'm just worried about the effects of long term usage.

This fast charger came with my Samsung Galaxy phone. It says 9V and 5V so I'm not sure which it is? Or if it switches between the two based on what's plugged into it? I just want to make sure it's okay because I wouldn't want to fry my headset.

ive been charging my stinger wireless with my phone charger for a while now, especially overnight, its okay so far. 1 thing i notice that it wont work with any usb type c cable, it has to be the official hyper x one.

I've been charging mine with a usb-c I got on Amazon with no issues. I'm just concerned about the wall adapter. What kind of phone charger do you have?

It will work just fine. Normally without the phone connected it will give out 5v as a normal charger would. If you plug in a quick charge compatible phone the phone it will ask the charger to provide 9v for charging and if the phone is able to talk to a quick charge 3.0 or 2.0 charger it will provide 9v. So yes you can charge it just fine with your phone charger as the headset is unable to talk to the charger and is meant to charge at 5v anyway. I myself used one for a cromecast for awhile until i upgraded to a 4k cromecast

I usually use my phones charger to charge the headset since when I'm at school it doesn't get used so headphones can charge
