Anyone else disheartened by the Spouse visa tracker?

Like many spouses on here, i'm sure we're all checking the tracker daily to see how many visas have been processed, what the updated timeframe is etc. (...or is it just me?).

Today i saw on a FB group that someone from SA got their visa approved. Standard Spouse applied on 27th March, approved 17th May... that's 31 WD. How... how is this possible? I am so happy for them, truly i am, but infuriated that others have been waiting for 60/70/80/90/100+WD. I know the sample data may be skewed because its a voluntary spreadsheet - but i also noticed that 4 (total) SA visa's were processed between the 16/5 and 17/5 - (with 6 total in May alone) coincidence? or are they actually just picking off visas country by country now... I haven't delved deeper into the #SA visas pending still, but this was my immediate first thought.
