Is galaxy Tab S7 FE still worth it 2022?

Hi, so I am finding a tablet mainly for note taking, reading PDFs and making presentation, and I really like the Tab S7 FE, it has stylus in bundled, large display and Dex. However, I am quite worry about the updates and the chip; I heard that many Samsung device will not be as reliable after about a year or so of using. I am afraid that the snap 778 will decline too much in performance, I really need my device to be stable in 2 3 years or so. I looked at the iPad, the price is the same at about 400 - 420 ish but apple pencil at my place cost about 100 more so I can't really afford it. What do you guys think? Will the Tab S7 FE able to cover my needs for the next 2 ,3 years? Tks in advance.
