Raised painful bumps appeared on foot

25M, 6’, 80kg, British. No medical conditions or medication. Drink but don’t smoke / do drugs

I’ve had some raised bumps appear just above my heel on my foot this morning, really itchy and agitated. They only just appeared but my skin has been like that for months and doesn’t seem to improve. Any idea what it is / if they’re related and what should I do?
