Spilt a cup of tea on my 360, not sure what I should do
Stupidly, I put my full cup of tea on my bed, above and just to the side of where my 360 was put on the floor (I'd been moving things around), and it tipped over and spilled the whole mug. I don't know how much went on the 360 directly, as I had my back turned when it happened, but definitely some went on the top of it and plenty went on the floor, so when I picked it up a fair bit of tea poured out the bottom.
Its an original model 360, and I'm not sure what to do next. I've wiped off the outside, but I don't know what to do with the insides. Would dabbing it with paper, or blowing air on the insides help? Disassemble and put in rice? Leave the air-dry?
I'd like to try save it, as it was my first Xbox. Any help and advice would be great.
Thanks in advance

Leave it powered off and unplugged. DO NOT power it on unless it is 100% dry inside. Doing so could cause an electrical short and permanently damage it.
Ideally, you would open the case and inspect all the electronics and circuit boards (top and bottom!) for liquid. If you find liquid inside, blot it up with a towel, being careful not to rub or dislodge any components. If there's some beverage reside (i.e. sugar) on anything, that needs to be carefully cleaned off. After that, let it air dry, exposed, for 24-48 hours. Rice does not help - that's a myth. Reassemble, cross your fingers, and power it back on.
I've gotten the outer shell off up to the point where you need to use the special screwbit to continue - I don't have one at the moment so I can't continue. There was some drips and drops of tea here and there, but it didn't seem that bad. Though, it was some minutes before I started to dissamble, as I was cleaning up the spill first.
Fingers crossed.
