Build Help

###Build Help:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Modern, single player games at 1440p. Some old games as well, like heavily modded Skyrim and Factorio megabases.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

$2000 to $2500 USD. Monitor included. Could go higher if the cost-to-value is worth it.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!). PCPartPicker Part List

Provide any additional details you wish below.

Any input is appreciated. I live near a Micro Center, so when the time comes, I'll take my parts list there and see what they can provide at the same or lower price to the parts on my list, then order the rest online.

I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the monitor options. Does what I have here line up well with the parts list?

Don't worry about the mouse and keyboard, moving those over from my current PC and need cheap replacements.
