When did the all you can eat places get so expensive. Out to supper with my wife tonite at an Oshawa sushi restaurant. The food was awesome. For sure but 90 bucks for the 2 of us wow.

Yes I see that. Was kind of a conversation piece. Was 50 for the two of us prior to lockdown.

The economic trickle down affect, gas had never crossed $2 and here we are.

Was kind of a rhetorical statement. Most definitely understand why. I’m in the supply business and it is what it is. For me it was just a case of sticker shock

Was cheaper in the past by a long shot. Even on Fridays. Went to this place almost weekly for years. First time since pandemic however. I realize inflation. Just more shock than anything.
