Can I put dual&single channel memory together?

I have 32GB Dell memory(2 x 16gb) right now and looking to add 32GB more.

My Dell memory is 1Rx8 PC4-3200AA-UA3-11 Part# M378A2G43AB3-CWE

I heard memory timing should match if I want to add more memory. But I am not sure how to figure out the timing stuff.

I am thinking 3rd party memory rather than Dell's.

I heard dual channel is better but what I have now looks like a single channel.

So my question is if single and dual channel memories can be together ?

And how to figure out memory timings?

Would appreciate your advice.
