Humidity at Scale

Curious to hear what equipment you all have at your facilities. Are you running in-room dehumes like Quest or going with a rooftop unit? How about adding humidity? I've used Ideal Air foggers for small space like clone room. We have a Fogco fogger in a larger room. Neither seems ideal from a hygiene perspective. I'd love to hear how you guys are keeping that VPD in line. Thanks!
