Worried about size

My surgery is in two days and I’ve gotten more anxious than before (which I anticipated happening). Now I’m worried I might wake up and they’re too big or too small. How did you guys make sure your surgeon understood exactly what you wanted in terms or size and shape (I’m doing lipo on the sides as well) I have photos on my phone to show but is there another way? He’s using the lollipop method, not sure if that makes a difference.
