Do you think some of the tucutes are internet trolls?

I had a conversation with one tucute on tumblr that made me question if that person is serious. This person is 25, AFAB, called me "an old geezer with outdated ideals" when I told them that to be trans you have to feel at least a little discomfort in your own skin. Then they said that as a "trans boy" they take the best of two worlds - "man in the streets, woman in the sheets", "drinks T for energy and libido" and is considering top surgery because "trans scars are aesthetically pleasing to them" but they are not entirely sure because their partner "likes to play with their tits". I asked them if they consider trans men to be real men (since they think it's "taking the best of two worlds") and they straight up told me "NO". They then wrote me an essay about how "modern trans men are the next wave of feminism" and those of us who want bottom surgery are "sad incels who have never experienced what a decent cock can do to a pussy". I have never felt so violated by words.

I really wish this person was just a troll. How can a trans person think this way?
