How hard is it to get into NOC (CS) really?

The major benefit to me for accepting NUSC is also its biggest flaw.. NOC. While we can apparently go NOC, we can't go to silicon valley. This makes me wonder what the acceptance rate for NOC is, both generally and for Silicon Valley. What do yall reckon? How competitive is it or what's an estimated acceptance rate

For anyone wondering, my other reason for being weary about NUSC is the work load meaning I will have less time for programs or electives I want
