skinwalker?

i’d like to say this is my first time posting on reddit, so i have 0 clue if i’m even doing this right. but i’ve been thinking lately that my dog isn’t actually my dog. i live in ohio so idk if skin walkers are even supposed to be a thing here, but lately my dogs been acting really weird. he’s been barking at night which he wouldn’t do until like 3 weeks ago, making howling sounds which he’s rarely to never made before. just a few minutes ago (about 11:40 pm so everyone’s asleep and all the light are off) i walk downstairs, and he’s just standing in our kitchen, which this doesn’t sound very weird but i go down there almost every night and he’s always sleeping on the couch. he wasn’t even by his food or water bowl, he was across the kitchen just standing wide awake in the dark. he doesn’t look any different but idk, something about it just isn’t sitting right w me but my parents would never believe in that type of thing. someone give their opinion or something, if anyone sees this.
