Gamebreaking PBE Bug? I got 500 gold randomly.

Not sure about steps to reproduce this bug, but I'm positive it is related to Lategame Specialist (my second augment) which awards 40 gold upon reaching level 9. Reported to devs already.

Late game specialist + Level up. Every time you press to gain experience you gain 40 gold...

So if you can manage to make it to 9 you are basically given a first? Sounds fun.
Granted you need the right augments

I'm positive it's not supposed to work this way. It should be a flat 40 upon reaching level 9 as the augment stated. With Level Up, the interaction was not set up correctly.
If this is intended, it breaks the game. I'm trading 7g for 40g? That's INFINITE gold. Straight arbitrage. Riot will fix the interaction between Level Up + Late Game Specialist.

Rolled 50+g at lvl9 for the final warrior (i think its yasuo but i dont remember) and got nothing. Probably had asol 3 ffs

That looks like a bug/oversight for taking both that augment and Level Up.
Looks like it's getting patched.

Don’t think so. I ran with it bc it really doesn’t matter if you have any 3 star 5 cost.

People defending this as intended is an amazing example of how the playerbase will defend ANYTHING in Riot games. it's the same thing with Legends of Runeterra. And, like, I love these games too. But it's crazy how people will still pull the "idk, seems like a skill issue to me. learn the game." on an obvious bug with FIVE HUNDRED gold.

It is broken. Not in the OP way, but in a "this is PBE and half the stuff isn't working properly yet" way.

Ya that’s not gonna be good for the game.
That's why it's on PBE first, so they can figure out what is and isn't good. Pre-set PBE isn't balanced because it's the one place they can safely play with their stupider ideas.
