ARCP - Sick leave extending 14 days as a CT2. I have a ST3 post lined up for August.

I’ve had about 18 days off sick due to a health condition as a CT2. It is not covid related. I have a ST3 job lined up in August. I have to declare my sick leave in my form R. Reading the gold guide it states it will trigger a review to see if I need extra time in training. Does anyone know if this will affect my ST3 job in August?? What are the possible options? Any advice appreciated
