My tox report came back!

I had to go and officially testify before a judge yesterday along with my lawyer and his lawyer too. The whole thing was awful, having to relive it all, and I came out of there a mess. My lawyer stayed as he had to testify after me (luckily they kept him away from me!) When my lawyer called later to tell me about how his testimony went, she told me that the toxicology report came back from when I reported the SA (about 30 hours after the SA) And she said that something was detected in my urine sample… LSD! I was so relieved because this could be what incriminates him, as I know I was drugged (+6 hours of memory loss and woke up naked in my bosses house; yes my abuser was my boss) But now I’m really worried.. because I had to list any medications I take and my lawyer told me that LSD can have similar metabolites to trazodone, which I take to help with insomnia.

So the report has been sent off to a forensic doctor to verify. I really really hope that they don’t come back and say that the lsd detected is actually just from the trazodone I take.

Does anyone have any experience/knowledge with this? Is my case lost? 😔
