Xbox version dead for anyone else ?

I can barely get summoned anywhere I'm level 70 at Lyndell I barely got summoned playing through the game mostly played solo because of that. And also I cannot seem to get summon signs the most I'll get is one after 5 mins of waiting and usually the same few players who are also playing through the game.

I thought Xbox version would be more populated ?

It definitely runs smooth on Xbox tho
