Playing Through Every Choices Book, In Order (Part 55: The Nanny Affair, Book 1)
To explain my absence, I'd like to say one word: motivation. Adhering to a schedule of maximizing the keys/chapters I play a day, sitting down and writing reviews and posting them, it all just started to burn me out a bit. I decided to take a little break, get my love for the app back, and continue. I'm happy to report that the break is over, and I am officially back!
Today, we become a nanny for Sam Dalton, a millionaire with twin boys who are honestly pretty annoying. Can we navigate our sexual tension, while fending off his snippy fiance?
Next time, we struggle in our relationship with Sam, and a new face may prove to be the passionate escape from all the drama...

Review:
It may be just pure erotica, but that’s not a bad thing, necessarily, and I think this book pulled it off decently. Sam is hot across both genders and all races, although they are incredibly bland at times. Sometimes it feels like all Sam and M/C care about is the sex, and not really about each other. I never felt a genuine connection between M/C and Sam. It was more a connection between M/C’s and Sam’s privates, for the most part. I also find it hilarious that if you don’t pay diamonds, you cannot access a single sex scene in this erotica book. That’s right - if you don’t want to splurge, you’re basically playing a heavily watered down romance book. They could have given non-diamond players at least one scene, I think. Robin is honestly so hot (I had male Robin, because I had male Sam), and I kind of wish there was a one-off sex scene with them rather than just one kiss. Sofia is honestly a fun character, and I like her as an antagonist, though she is the cliche “bitchy girlfriend/fiance who is awful compared to the sweet and lovely M/C”. Speaking of M/C, I was honestly so annoyed that this book is genderlocked. Unless the writer of this book was Ross Geller, male nannies do exist, and Jordan in the next book (if you picked male Sam) is clear evidence of this. I think it was honestly just the writers thinking, hey, it’d be much more effort to add in sex scenes, dialogue, and outfits for a male M/C for both the female and male Sam routes, and plus our main audience is women, so why not just ignore the guys? It makes me sad that this is the raunchiest series in the whole app, and straight/gay/bi guys don’t get to indulge in it. The story is basic and cliche, and if it weren't for the sex scenes this would be a very dull book. Mickey and Mason are, in my opinion, quite annoying, and I skipped every scene with them I could. The points I took off were for the asinine genderlock and the dull story sans sex scenes.
