Bears vs Bulls: A comparative analysis on biological superiority
Introduction
Bears and Bulls. For as long as the stock market has existed, these two mammals have waged war against one another. Two sides of the same coin, they are and forever will be inextricably linked to one another.
Consensus is that bullish orientation wins out, as history suggests stock value increases as time goes on. Indeed, a cursory glance at the yearly chart for even a garbage penny stock like SPY would seem to back up this claim.
But which mammal is truly superior? Let's find out.
Bulls
Of the species Bos taurus, a bull is usually identified as an adult male. Usually more muscular and aggressive than their female counterparts (may not apply to readers), these bovine have always played a significant role in society. Some species may feature horns on their heads, a characteristic that assists in establishing herd dominance.
Bulls commonly become fertile around seven months of age, and their fertility is closely related to the size of their testicles. Full adult bull scrotums typically have a circumference of 16 inches. The penis of a mature bull is usually around 3-4cm in diameter, and 80-100cm in length.
Typically raised for the sole purpose of beef production, much of the bull population is castrated and slaughtered before the age of 3.
Adult bulls on average weigh between 1100 and 2200 pounds and can be prone to aggressive behaviour. In fact, approximately 42% of all livestock-related fatalities in Canada are the result of a bull attack. According to wikipedia, dairy breeds in particular have a highly volatile nature and personality.
Bulls typically eat a diet consisting of grass, hay, or corn, hence, they can be considered vegans.
Bears
Ursus arctos middendorffi, more commonly known as the Kodiak brown bear, is the largest brown bear subspecies on the planet. Often worshipped as a holy deity, the bear has long served as an icon of spiritual significance to the human race.
Kodiak bears reach sexual maturity at 5 years old. There's no data on phallic measurements, has any attempt to obtain this data has been met with inevitable death.
An average adult kodiak bear can weigh up to 1500 pounds of pure rock hard muscle. When standing on its hind legs, large males reach heights of 9.8ft, easily dwarfing other inferior mammals.
Though generally solitary in nature, Kodiak bears have been known to congregate in areas of high food concentration such as rivers, streams, berry patches, and internet forums.
Bears can eat whatever they want, but choose to limit themselves predominantly to berries and fish. They are considered to be at the top of the food chain.
Conclusion
- Weight - Bulls
- Sexual activity - Bulls
- Reproductive organ size - not enough information to decide a winner
- Respect from the human race - Bears
- Place in the food chain - Bears
While bears appear to have a more important place in society, determining a true winner is hard to do, as there just isn't enough information available to accurately compare kodiak bear penis size to bull penis size. It should be noted however that bulls are commonly castrated at birth. With this, the edge undoubtedly goes to bears as the superior mammal.
