Is my old Walmart 8 + 17 plan still viable?

My monthly reset just happened and noticed I've got high speed 17 GB + 16GB (includes 8 GB Rollover) available due to limited use last month. With autopay it comes to $40/mth. Is this still competitive with other offerings these days? My data use is typically under 20.
