Next steps after getting the Tinyhawk 3 RTF kit

Question?

FPV Community, (tl;dr at bottom)

So I'm looking for some advice on what the next steps should be into the hobby. I currently have the $300 EMAX Tinyhawk 3 RTF kit, a charger and some spare batteries. It seemed like a solid option for jumping in and giving it a go without breaking the bank. I also have the Liftoff simulators on Steam.

After a few weeks, I've been really digging the setup and am looking to expand (within reason). Now, there is a whole world of options out there, but I don't want to break the bank and just re-buy a whole new setup.

I'm curious what the next purchase options would be. Yes, I can realistically upgrade everything, but I'd like to keep my budget around $200 (give or take), so I need to pick and choose.

My current options include:

- New goggles

- New transponder/controller

- New drone

- Upgrade antennas on current goggles

- Batteries/charger/other upgrades on current drone

- Other accessories that I may not have considered

Right now I'm kind of leaning towards getting the Tinyhawk 2 Freestyle since it'll pair with my current gear and with some upgrades (over the next few months) could make a very nice park flyer. Plus, I'd like to get some longer use out of the equipment that came with the kit. I've gone over Josh Bardwell's website for some ideas of what I'd get, but you know that can be extensive.

I'm curious to hear what other people in the hobby think or what ways you've expanded your own collection.

As always, thank you for your input!

What are suggestions for expanding past the EMAX Tinyhawk 3 kit?
