Hello Kerbalnauts! Sorry about the occasional choppiness, I used time warp whenever things got a little too wiggly. All the components of the arm have dampening set to 0 and very low movement speed.... wondering if tweaking any of that in certain parts will help? Any tips are welcome.
Also I couldn't automate the undocking at all, don't know if it's a bug. I tried using the KAL-1000, setting up an action group, and enabling staging for the ports but nothing. Thanks for watching
Awesome work! Think of dampening as you would in a cars suspension, the higher the setting the stiffer and less wobbly it will be at the expense of precise movement.
For the undocking try selecting both decouple node and undock node, it can definitely be done with KAL and with action groups.
