Front end tie- down location??

Hi friends! Taking my paddleboard out for the first time on my new RAV 2022! I have a hitch in the back so I’m not worried about tying the ends down back there, but I’m wondering where I tie down the front ends? I didn’t see anywhere under the car that seemed plausible. Do I need a special hitch thing in the front? Thanks for your help !!
