New Resident Report - Out of State ID

Hey guys,

I recently moved to California and just got an apartment here a couple of weeks ago.

I know I’m supposed to register my guns as a resident, but the new resident registration form only has spaces for “ca license, ca cdl, and Military license”

My license is still from another state.

How am I supposed to register my guns? Do I have to go to the dmv first and get a CA license just to fill out the form?
