Requirements for resin printing vs filament?

I’m going back and forth between which one to start off with. Resin would be better for minis and dice masters, but it seems I need a lot more to use it, like a wash station, safe way to exhaust it, ppe, etc. What are the actual requirements to properly do resin printing or filament?

Right now I’m looking at the mono 4K for $203 on Amazon or the ender 3 v2 when it goes on sale. But this isn’t including the extras that may be required.
