Don't use xymox, young one.

If you already have the pad, then just use any pair of sticks just like any old pad.

If you haven’t bought the pad don’t bother unless it’s used and even then don’t think you’ll be able to get replacement parts for it. It’s a terrible company and there’s other products out there where you can be confidant you’ll actually receive your pad.

No need to worry, if you get xymox you might as well use anything you want

At best you might get the wrong product 2 years later. The majority of people that order new Xymox pads never get them. It's also circulating on BBB that their business license isn't even valid anymore so most of what's on the website is probably liquidation. I know multiple people who ordered pads 4 years ago and never even got as much as an email. There are other pad companies that do this kind of shit but Xymox is pretty much the head of the meme. If you can find a used one It's gonna be fine but you sure as hell better not break anything because replacement parts also never arrive. If you ordered anything you should strongly consider a back charge asap.

ah i see, so the quality of the product isn’t bad, but it takes forever to arrive? i had borrowed one from my cousin and was worried that i made a mistake lmfao

If your cousin managed to actually get one they're in the minority of lucky people. The pads are nice but yeah, the terrible customer service and delivery times (or lack there of in most cases) is the nail in the coffin.
