Streaming Myself Learning Art Using Online Courses

Question

Hi guys,

I am looking to learn art, and stream the process from absolutely garbage (current) to hopefully not completely garbage.

To do this, I have picked up a few online courses and lessons, and was looking to go through these while streaming (Udemy etc).

Now I understand this would fall under copyright and is definitely not gonna fall under fair use, however if I were to have the course running off screen, and no video/audio going through to stream from it (i.e. the only thing im streaming i actually myself doing the art in the tutorial), would there be any issues?

It’s doable but will you manage to actually pay attention to the chat and the stream while trying to be focused on actually learning something, listening and watching on a second screen? While the chat will have no idea what are you watching and listening and more over having big pauses while you watch it and before even to start to draw something. Or the opposite of you keep up with the stream and chat and try to keep the 2 viewers will you be able to learn something at all?

Good points.

Might be a better option to wat2the class before stream and then stream you recreating what you learned and testing out, that way you can interact with chat and get feedback, instead of getting distracted and failing at both streaming and learning

That's a pretty good idea
