Unravelling
Love is simple
For the simple
When I lost myself simply
to seek the winds of flurry
to be blinded in a storm
with my hand in yours
I wasn't like my anatomy
Abstract with no anomaly
We bloom to wither, not in hope to fulfil
A destiny unwritten, by our own written
Trust was simple
slipped out quite swiftly – Animals in disguise,
fooled by the humbled and humbled by the foolish,
we dreamt of skies
with one wing yours and one wing mine
Inside out
outside me
you will be
each time we clash ill remember
we both have died with testimony
Death was simple
as long as it was once
When you fail to unravel,
it will deliver you
to and from
So at the gates of soul
where pieces are torn
I try to weave
where threads of love and life dont seem alike
And I try to grieve

great poem I do love the interconnectedness of the lines although I do feel you will get a better flow out of using proper structure,
a poem in my opinion is best read as it is spoken in line by line, this leaves little to the imagination in writing but all to the imagination in context.
great poem though and I hope to see more from you. <3
Oh god, i just saw that it didn't post the way i formatted it! I did intend to structure it i swear, i feel betrayed 😭
Also, Glad you liked it. Thankyou
