Very frequently my coldcard does not detect key presses. On entering the pin at startup, for example, it misses at least two characters out of 12! is this normal? does this happen to you? The click can be felt by touch, but it does not give result on the display.

Mine does this too... I think my fingers are too fat for the buttons to register but you really have to smash them on mine to get them to work. I think its normal.
Same for me but if I type firmly and slightly slower there are no issues

Shoot us an email at [email protected] with a few pictures or a video so we can take a closer look!
I suspect you're typing too fast
I've had this problem only when I'm trying to type too fast.
