I am quitting nofap, its killing me

Nofap is just stupid. It's a funny challenge but it doesn't help anyone. It is constant fear mongering, people who believe they are subgods, and the constant reminder that you are a worthless being if you fap.

I will still abstain from fapping but wont pay attention to days, go to this community or even think about nofap.

The great success in nofap comes by staying here for 3 days and then never thinking about nofap ever again. Why? Because your brain will never detach from the idea of fapping if you keep reminding yourself not to do it. Just like a alcoholic doesn't think everyday of NOT drinking. The biggest success in nofap i had was when I deleted reddit for one month and never ever got the idea to fap, it was a disgusting distant memory of the past.

Follow me, delete reddit forever and look that you are always working out or too tired to work out. Works well.
