How to unhide profiles you've messaged?
Sorry I know this is probably a common question but I didn't know about the profile being hidden when you message someone and now I can't see someone I would have written a better message to had I realised. I was planning on sending two seperate messages not just one big one. can these be reset or do I have to create another new account now?

The site won't allow a second message to be sent until they react to the first Intro. And since a busy person won't reply to their Intros for a month or so it's best to just send the message and then forget about them until/unless they respond.
I haven't deleted an account in order to start a new one before, but I suppose that's one way to remove your partial message. Just be sure that you completely fill out the new account profile first since a lot of people will pass messages without responding if they aren't interested in the sender's profile.
okay thanks. so OKcupid is still useless then? shame as I was encouraged by their more open enby and ENM features. As an autistic person not being able to see a record of messages I've sent gives me too much anxiety to use the system.
You can keep a copy of your messages and the profile links they were sent to if that's important to you. Somebody on here used to keep a spreadsheet of all their messages, which seems a bit overkill to me if they weren't responded to.... and if they were then it already creates the record of it.
I'm not sure how quickly poly or other "non-straight" replies happen. Just that a lot of straight guys complain about not getting a reply within hours of sending their messages to "hot women", even though the person they sent it to might not have even seen it yet.
