Whattheme how do I make gnome setting in black its brown
The theme I use is Skeuos-Red-Dark.
I got the theme from here. Once you download a theme, unzip it (if it's archived) and place it in /.local/share/themes.
Then open Tweaks, go to appearance and select the downloaded theme on the applications option.
Thx
I had this problem and found a reddit thread about it.
In short it seems to be an issue with the default icon size.
So after some messing around, I found a quick workaround for this issue, and it seems to be working fine so far:
sudo cp /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/void-logo.svg /usr/share/icons/(insert name here).svg
The copied file must be a different name than void-logo or else it wont work.
open /etc/os-release with your preferred text editor
sudo vi /etc/os-release
The file will look something like this:
NAME="Void"
ID="void"
PRETTY_NAME="Void Linux"
HOME_URL="https://voidlinux.org/"
DOCUMENTATION_URL="https://docs.voidlinux.org/"
LOGO="void-logo"
ANSI_COLOR="0;38;2;71;128;97"
DISTRIB_ID="void"
Now just replace the LOGO= entry with the copied file name. There is no need to put the file extension.
It should look like this:
do note that
/etc/os-releasewill revert itself whenrunit-voidis updated
