Original colour, or repainted? It's beautiful

I thought they only came in white and BRG

Likely early 1970s with those bumpers

I believe it's a 1973 exactly. The grille was new for that year, and if it was 1974 it would have the rubber blocks on the bumpers. Even if the grille isn't original, the side marker lights and three windshield wipers say it's no older than 1969.

Could be an early 74 as well. They didn’t add the bumper blocks until later in the model year, then switched to the full rubber bumper for 74.5

EDIT: NEVERMIND. I read your comment again and you're correct. I wasn't awake yet. It's also shockingly difficult to find a picture of a car with the overriders.

Weren't the rubber blocks 74, and full rubber bumper/grille 74.5?

Like this car https://hagerty-vid-images.imgix.net/Campaigns/Bring%20a%20Trailer%20April%202022/Bring%20a%20Trailer%20April%202022_69687_MG_1974_MGB_%20_GHN5UE339885G.jpeg?w=600&h=400&fit=crop

Or this one, although the grille is not correct https://journal.classiccars.com/2021/02/08/autohunter-spotlight-1974-mg-mgb/

Yeah they only got the blocks for a very short production run.
